Sweet Potato Puree To Start Weaning Your Babies Off Milk

Learn how to make this easy weaning recipe!

 

This sweet potato puree recipe is ideal for babies above six months.

What you need:

2 Fresh sweet potato

3 table spoon milk (breast milk/infant milk powder)

What you do:

1) Wash the sweet potato

2) Preheat the oven at 350 F for a few minutes

3) Poke Holes in Sweet potato

4) Bake for 1 hour

5) Slice baked sweet potato in half, scoop it out, add a little bit of breast milk or infant milk to make the puree smooth.
